Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is solely the Client’s responsibility. The Client agrees and understands that the Photographer is limited by the guidelines of the ceremony official or reception site/venue management and agrees to accept the results that may occur from said guidelines. The Photographer is not responsible if key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during photography, or for missed images due to details not being revealed to the Photographer or those beyond the Photographer’s control. The Photographer will not be held accountable for not photographing desired guests if there is no one to assist in identifying and gathering people for photographs. The Client will be responsible for identifying, or have someone designated to identify, people of whom specific photographs are desired.
Client understands and agrees that the entire amount owed for the Wedding Package described in the contract is due two weeks before the Wedding Day. The Reservation Deposit is applied towards the contracted Wedding Package. The Reservation Deposit of 20% is to be paid at the time of signing the contract. For this reason, the Reservation Deposit is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or wedding cancelled for any reason. Upon your signature, the Photographer will reserve the time and date agreed upon and will not make other reservations for that time and date.
It is mutually agreed that the following terms of agreement, form an integral part of this contract and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless accepted by both the Photographer and the Client, in writing. Wedding Photography Contract, Terms and Conditions.
